Dissapointed. I have been to various post offices around Leicester and the service offered here I am disappointed with. It seems as if it is an inconnvenice to them for me to post things using my own stamps. It feels like they want to rush me out ASAP and don't mind that I am overpaying with postage. Additionally, a smile never hurts anyone! Think they could definitely improve their customer service.
Excellent service. 3-4 friendly staff always happy to help therefore queues don't take too long.
They have a shortage of staff and all the lady on desk wants to do is chat and when your in the que they let people jump and make excuse about parcels avoid go to a post office that welcome your custom and deserves the revenue the post office pay them!
Terrible service didnt seem too bothered about not having or knowing where a parcel was i was waiting on.
