Absolute joke.(when named Taylors). I rented my old house and used them as the agents. They did nothing when my tenants stopped paying. They gave me no help and just filled their own pockets. Mikki and the fat lady would put phone down on me all time. AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY WEATHER RENTING OR SELLING!!!!
Both Adam Hooley and Jack Bisal provided excellent services just before Xmas by letting my property and taking care of all the references and paperwork in a short timeframe . They are very easy to deal with and get in touch with.

Whitegates were helpful and sorted contracts out quickly. Communication was good and it was an easy transition into the property. Fees are expensive (75 check in fee 75 check out fee on top of deposit and first month rent) so make sure these are explained to you beforehand.
