Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Made me feel at ease with the knowledge they had. I felt very confident that they understand what I wanted and I wasn't worried about being made to have something I didn't need.

The site review to measure up and recommend the final fittings was carried out extremely professionally, and the communication with our builders during the day of fitting was very good. The fitters worked very efficiently and cleanly, and were courteous and polite throughout the day.
